This is NOT a deed.  However it is a very nice town that you can get into without paying deed prices.

Comes Equipped with

1 (12tile) Fully loaded Workshop

Bsb, 3 Large Chests, FSB, weapons rack, pole arms rack 2 beds, oven and forge both around 40QL coffin, and Large Barrel.

Has 1 very large (40+tile) farm area, and another 12 or so tile farm area attached to it.  All of these areas area fenced in with gates.

1 (4 tile) house up on a hill overlooking a nice valley connected to a very large pasture (had 20 + horses in it) with a beautiful Oak tree in the middle.

1 (10 tile) house up on a hill also on a hill with mine door and garden area attached.

It has 3 mines all equipped with various QL's of iron ore.  I didn't picture all the ore because there are tons of veins.

It has a guard tower and a ornate fountain for easy water.  And is about 10 min walk to Crystal Lake and 30 min walk to FM.

Also including 1 horse and 1 cow.  More can be negotiated for the right price as well.
