you want to buff and impede hots at the same time.

also, hots players are already ridiculously overpowered with all the CR bonuses you get. As priest you get even more bonuses and not to mention all the spells which are VERY good. such as pain rain. or more reasonably the just plain silly drain health. only reason hots is so boned is its players. Rolf can't fix that.

Pain rain is no better than fire pillar or ice pillar, would not disagree drain health is really powerful - but what good is powerful spells if you don't have the numbers to cast them effectively?

At the very least I think MR should have their sand boost removed, it's a bit of a slap in the face to both JK and BL that MR received a bonus when they were getting owned to 'help' - and now everyone would agree they have made a comeback, it puzzles me as to why it is still in game.

I honestly think it makes very little difference now with all the horse PvP, but it's more the principal of it.

Also I think Hots is fine the way it is, Liblia is a very handy god, a bit of a jotr god.

Anyways back on topic... imho HotS needs all kinds of buffs. The past nerfs to BL were one of many reasons why LO mass-converted to MR soon as it was added. If Hots was really OP'ed, people would be converting to it in droves... Not leaving it in droves.

hots doesn't need a buff, pain rain kicks more  than any of the counter parts drain health and stam are awesome

and a little secret fungas trap is op i tested it its is savage like 10 damage a second poison wounds, and the +2 cr is great. what bl needs is 1 thing better looking mycelium thats it and i bet the people will go back in droves.

( i have reviewed my opinion and have suggest potential buffs in the other hots buff thread)
