Those are a bit complicated I'm afraid. Looking for more cosmetic items here.

- Glazed pottery for aesthetic appeal such as vases and urns for your home (that you can place flowers in if so desired)

- A pottery wheel used to make large items

- terracotta tiles for roofs and floors

- pots for growing herbs such as thyme, rosemary, oregano and so on

- fired bricks for a new kind of stone home

These aren't too complicated, are they?

As rosie said: Garden gnomes.

As a few from my own noggin, how about...

Decorative vases?  Clay pot similar to a jar, about half the height of a Wurmian, requires three of any type of flower to put inside and 1 dirt. increasing ql increases elaborateness of design.

Cups! 91px-Roman_pottery_Oxfordshire_beaker.jpg

Plates!

Statues?

Clay bricks but then you would need a new tile for paved clay brick road, also tennis courts. Mini games ftw \o/

Porcelain : so that Wurmians can create toilets and urinals...

We drink like, what, 10 gallons of water per wurm day?  ;) ;D

On a serious note, i'd like to see clay and dirt be able to be mixed together to give us a new house type: Adobe.

Sort of covered by Mark above and might also be too complicated, but what about mosaic paving?

You make the mosaic tiles and design as an item, which you can then improve before placing.  Higher ql grants different designs of increasing quality and beauty, maybe in jumps of 20ql giving a total of five designs?

can we eat clay with mouths on our hands, spit it out, throw it, do a symbol with our hands and it blows up? or just clay bricks would be ok.

Something like amphora in function (as a dry/wet container somewhere between a small and large barrel) and a decorative standing vase (waist high at least) with several textures ala the shop signs.

Dont think its totaly a matter of more things, but more like a case of expanding the current use.

Glazed pottery: ie painted and fired. Not only are they nicely colored, but they decay/damage slower.

Sealed pottery: pottery jar/flask + wax. Contents decay/damage slower.

Flasks : Think these were supposed to be used to contain alexirs and solutions.

Jars : As flasks or for items such as lye, paints.

large jars : ie jars that have a container size of 20kg. These could when sealed be used to store animal parts. Perhaps they could also need 1 salt + 1kg water as a brine to assist in storage.

Sealed pottery would be nice and would give a reason for bees for wax and honey which you could store in a sealed pot. :D

Clay moulds for smithing?

The swords from the Bronze Age represent some of the finest work of the bronze smiths 3000 years ago, and in books, archaeologists encompass it with a few simple words ‘they made moulds of clay and cast swords’.
