Flags point wrong direction in wind

Flags if planted do not move with the wind.  Nice touch.

Flags if dropped do move with the wind.  But they point into the wind which is backwards.

Additionally, a flag must be picked up and dropped again for it to find wind direction again.  ie, it checks for wind direction only once.
