Java 64 Bit Severe Echo W/ Hardware Sound Engine

A lot of scratching noise and also very severe echo of any and all sounds playing over and over and over each other.

I have both 32 and 64 bit java installed and audio is messed up for me also. Some sounds play and some are choppy and distorted.
