Posted March 12, 2011 Three things every bug report should include: # A title dictating what the bug you are reporting is # What happened # What you expected to happen# Steps to reproduce Additional notes: # If we cannot reproduce a bug it will take a LOT longer to fix # Too much info is better then too little info # All bug reports get read and checked out. We're not ignoring any bugreport. Some things just take a lot of time to fix, are of lower priority, or depend on the time of volunteer staff. # Don't be afraid to bump old reports if they are still valid
Posted August 20, 2018 Bug reports When a bug is confirmed as a bug, it will be listed in our bug tracker with a unique ID, In most cases the thread will then be tagged with that ID. Sensitive bugs Bugs of an exploitative or sensitive nature can be reported in several ways: Logging a support ticket ingame PMing Pomona on the forums Emailing support@wurmonline.com These three options are ONLY for bug reports that could be abused or misused to gain advantage, such as the ability to bypass deed laws, create multiples of items etc, not for general bugs. Posted March 13, 2020 Bug report threads are NOT the place for discussion of features. You should ONLY post in this forum if you have something directly relevant to the bug (e.g. an alternate way of reproducing it, confirmation of missing details, etc).
