boat sound still plays when stopped

In a rowboat (dunno about other boats since rowboats is all I can use), when pushing against the shore, a cave wall, etc, the boat sound ("click-creak") will keep playing even though my speed is 0km/h and the boat is stopped. The sound should not play when the boat is stopped.
