Also, are you able to make any high ql dye (70ql+)? And if so what colors?

Yep, I can make 84ql green dye (might be 85, i haven't check the vein since i got to 85 mining), some 80+ql white (again, not sure cause i haven't checked the vein), some 70ql red dye, or various combinations. Like purple, orange, etc.
