Bags for pile of logs, rockshards, grindstones

Piles of items of a single kind are showing up as bags only and are labeled "pile of items".

A pile of oakenwood logs is labeled "pile of oakenwood items".

This showed up after the Oct 15 server update

This was caused by a server change that wasn't supposed to go in in this update. Should be mostly fixed with the next pack update.
