Posted July 15, 2010 Forgotten Passwords: If you still remember your challenge answer you can get a password reset here: https://shop.wurmonline.com/WurmWeb/index.jsp?c=resetpassword If you do not remember the answer, you should preferably do a /support in game on an alternate character, but in worst case you can send a mail to gamemods@wurmonline.com to request a password reset. Please include the following information: * The reason why you cannot use the normal password reset. * The account name * The email address associated with the account Note that the password reset form gives the error "No question registered for email anemail@anemail.com" if you are entering the wrong e-mail address. Forgotten Avatars: If you have forgotten or lost track of what characters you have, you can make a support ticket ingame from any character on your steam account and we can provide a list of steam characters associated with that account.
