Sheep

Recommended Posts

I'm surprised people didn't suggest this earlier.

In some parts of the world you're unable to produce cotton, and these areas do exist in Wurm more or less.

Sheep would be able to get cut by barbers.. there's several ways to cut a sheep but that might have to be reworked.

My suggestion though would be shears. It would be a tool used in a shearing subskill of animal husbandry. The shearing skill the more yield per sheep. Although sheeps don't regrow wool too quickly, you should be able to get higher amounts of yield per time to compensate.

Let the discussion commence.

suggested many time, and still a good idea. Skill should affect both yield and quality of the wool harvested.

+1 to sheep, having more lifestock would be great.

While most people most likely have cotton, having the option of using sheep instead would be nice. Gives people more of an ability to focus on animal husbandry over farming

The search controls are right up there in the top right. Just give it a word, hit the button, and see where it takes you.

Gives you the option to farm something else instead of using all that space for cotton.

I think this used to be in the planned features bit of the wiki; Im not sure why its taken of.

Anyway; Yes!!

i would also be happy with different traits for different animals. Right now, I have lightning movement cows, which I dont really care about :P

It would be nice if we had traits to make cows give more or less milk, and if sheep get implemented, sheep that give more or less wool :)
