Off topic: I have zero respect for people that are too lazy to use their shift key. I always picture a teenager with a stack of unfinished homework sitting next to their computer as they play games. Epic game, real life fail.

Wasn't everyone (besides Wild players) happy when we had JK and MR home? I really don't see the problem with letting premium players have their own server if they don't want to PvP and don't want to deal with non-premiums.
