Just downloaded game from steam can't launch actual game

I just downloaded the game from Steam and I can't launch the actual game, the launcher keeps saying "Error opening connection to patch server"

No AV/VPN

Verifying files
Tried restarting computer
Installing/Uninstalling
Updating JRE

 

Any other ideas?
