Mod for being major of several villages ?

Actually i wanted to found the 2nd village on my server, but cannot, since the rule says i can only be major of one village. Is there a mod that allows me to found as much villages as i want ?

FYI: Found a mod named "GM deed maker 4.1" by Cuddles, where you can make deeds with a GM, power 5.
