Stop Inventory Rearrangement when DC’ing

When the game disconnects, for whatever reason, my inventory gets rearranged.

 

I would guess I’m not alone in arranging my items in a way that’s useful to me.

 

Would be cool if, upon disconnecting and reconnecting, the way my inventory is set up would stay the same.

I don't entirely think it would be possible with how the inventory works, but if they could figure it out would be amazing, I get embark bugged all the time and then have to resort my needed stuff to the bottom.

Exactly. 
 

I mean, It helps to find things when you know where they’ll be …?

 

At minimum, having items in inventory stay where they’re put would be a time saver and huge QoL benefit.

Some kind of auto sort with various filters, and let it be something runnable from the autorun file. If not ingame entirely.

 

Sorting isn't even that hard tbh. The various algorithms are literally textbook programming examples. Bubble Sort ftw... until it encounters a long list.
