Items vanishing when put on ground in a pile on a specific tile on deed

at the packed tile in the middle of the cedar grove around coords 1485, 3982 on Xanadu, when I drop multiple items on the ground and then pick them back up from the pile (by opening the pile with my hotkey aimed at the crate graphic), items will vanish.  I talked to a gm and was able to reproduce the bug a few times and they were able to locate a backpack I had lost (they said the item id said it should be on that tile but it wasn't, then asked me to file a report here).  Certain items it wouldn't work with like catseyes, but I was able to reproduce it with a goblin skull a rope tool and rock shards.

I lost a backpack full of tools, a spear and a large axe around these times on august 28
