Unable to obtain rank 7 path of power on Gui

Path of  power says rank 7 available at 30 meditation. Player at skill 30.000 (checked with alt) meditate but when meditates for question gets response .. "[You have a hard time to focus and no question comes to you. You probably need higher meditation skill."

you neeed 30.001 or higher to get the qn

That royally sucks and I can't see it changing either. A workaround is get off Gui and get a tick, a question, the skill and come back, maybe you'll have the skill on Guidance then.
