Posted August 15 Hello. I have recently encountered a visual bug, I think. TLDR, I was in the process of sacrificing while mounted and I dismounted mid-action. The action timer disappeared, but the sacrificing messages continued and I even did it successfully, as I did gain favor. I'll post some logs in here. [20:02:28] You start to sacrifice at the altar of Magranon. [20:02:30] You call out to Magranon by all his names. [20:02:30] You call out to Magranon by all his names. [20:02:31] You need to be on solid ground to do that. - this one's irrelevant [20:02:33] You leave the venerable fat Waldobee '5 Speed Ahead'. - dismount, and when the timer disappeared too [20:02:33] You beg Magranon to accept your offerings. [20:02:35] You ask Magranon for forgiveness if some of the items do not please him. [20:02:39] You kneel at the altar in silent hope. [20:02:42] A strange sound is emitted from the altar of Magranon as Magranon gladly accepts your offerings. - gained about 25 favor, therefore successful sacrifice action, despite no timer. Posted August 15 I have encountered something similar, I think. I was placing an altar, and while the placing action was running, I sacrificed the contents of the altar. The timer for placing disappeared, but after sacrificing was completed, the altar "jumped" to where it would have been if the placing action had not been interrupted. The same happened when I was levelling a tunnel ceiling. I sacced the stone shards from levelling, the levelling timer disappeared, but the action didn't stop and new stone shards appeared. I think it is quite nice to be able to do two things at the same time, but yes, this may well be a bug.
Posted August 16 This might be a side effect of the action revamp. Until then, issueing sacrificing just replaced the actually running action, just cutting into its timer,. and it was gone. Most times this was the case when one of my priests was either praying or casting. The action active at that time was just gone and never finished. Therefore, it is not only a visual bug or glitch, but also a new behaviour, not sure if intended.
Posted August 17 It's likely not intended. But I have tested this with other actions as well. For example, I started meditating, then I proceeded to sacrifice something at the altar. It appears that sacrificing action took over the meditation and, as before, the timer disappeared. But it seems that the action continued, because I moved and it have me the 'You stop meditating' line. Definitely not intended.
