Taking over a location

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

HI,

I came back for the nth time, spent some time looking for a nice spot in a not too already civilized location on Deliverance, gave up and planted my deed on an old disbanded deed :).

The houses there have decayed, there are a few beds and carts left, all locked. Any way to reuse them, or do I have to either bash them or push away from the deed?

Hi, welcome back ?

Unfortunately no. You have to bash it, push to lava tile to decay, or if it's not possible to push it offdeed or if it has animals hitched or it's moored in case of ships and you can't push it you can contact GM team via support to move them for you

Can no longer push items you don't own onto lava, though.  Recent change.

I hope I'm not ruining a 'sploit here, but there is a way to reuse beds from the previous owners. Load them onto a large cart, unload them and boom, now you get the "Bed>" option on them. Please don't nerfs this, their previous owners are gone and at the beginning/comeback one does not have any cloth to make a bed.

No option to bash/destroy large carts, wagons nor hitching posts, so it seems that the only option is to push them onto the perimeter and have them hurt one's eyes for months.

No worries. This is not an exploit. Works like that for many items that are not locked. You pick them up or - if too heavy - load them and then drop/unload them again, which makes you the last owner.

Welcome back, Neofit.
