Mining Remove Reinforcement Duplicate Menu Option

Selecting the option "Remove reinforcement" under Mining gives the error message in picture. The "Remove reinforcement" in the parent menu does work to remove the reinforcement properly. Note the submenu option is bound to Space for "Mine," so it's actually a mining action and mislabeled in that particular context/situation.
