Able to pick up dirt from my deed

Any dirt that I dig to pile doesn't seem to be guarded by my deed settings, allowing anybody to come by my deed and pickup dirt. They're unable to pick up any other items.

I tested with the player, i can take the dirt ok, i cannot drop it due to deed perms, i also cannot take any other item on the deed, only the dirt
