just remove the 2 handed sword from game please

Enough is enough about the devs nerfing the dam 2 handed sword! its almost not useable miss miss miss hit miss miss miss with a 99.7 two handed sword skill and that is attacking  a bison! IM so frustrated of this! I have a supreme two handed sword and its 90 plus ql! fighting skill is 98! Why did you nerf thsi weapon to crap! Fix it! I have invested a ton of time to level this skill up and I wonder why!

Friends don't let friends use 2h swords.  It's a defensive weapon.

It is impossible to create a game where all weapons will have the same characteristics. No one will play it.

 

Therefore, all games have weapons/armor/etc. with different characteristics.

 

Since the characteristics are different, one weapon will differ from another weapon.

2h sword is a funny weapon, and better than a shortsword :). Anyway, in everyday's 2h work, staff and haxe rule ?.

break break break..... can we just make the metal spear one handed so we can use a small/medium shield with it. Also why is a staff better than a two handed sword. maybe they need to actually rethink what types of damage does what to what types of armour. It's time for aggressive/twohanded to be nerfed YAAAAAAAAA

Seems quite a bit exaggerated. Have used a 2H sword on both NFI and SFI and never had this level of complaint about it.

Two handed swords aren't bad, there's a better choice in using the staff though. Get yourself either weapon 85+ql, with 70+ nimbleness and life transfer and it's perfectly adequate for PvE.

I can't really vouch for 2 handers except the scythe but from the op with the miss miss miss hit miss miss miss, it does sound a bit flawed I will say. Only comparison I have is the smaul, it was nerfed, especially for dual wielding but it's still highly usable with a med shield. You block and parry most stuff off the bat and hit in regular succession, not the hardest blows but some deadlys in there and fast (in normal fighting mode). If the blows do stop hitting it's usually down to bad defensive positioning or focus imbalance. I wouldn't change the smaul at all, perhaps to make dual wielding feasible again. Sorry for the off topic too.

I'm pretty sure he's fighting in third person with the camera facing in the wrong direction. This is the biggest issue Wurmians face when fighting. They think this is a 3D game when it's not. You need to be in first person when fighting.

2h sword should be hardest hitting but slow of course, 2nd trade off is it's 2h so no shield or 2nd weapon. My best results are using longsword and sickle ( one of my affs) both LT, aggro stance. More hits. I don't seem to get hit more without shield. So.. what I'm saying is slow 1 instead of 2 weapons seems much inferior even if avg hits is max. My question is, seems like my character is right hand dominant or is there a difference? Or am I imagining it. Seems like he uses right weapon more.

Left hand is meant to be nerfed big time and rarely swing. A key part of the fight fix

What's the issue with being in third person? I've never noticed an issue with it.

The game snapshots your facing so its best to toggle all the way back into first person and then back into third to get facing correct for shield blocks/accuracy/archery
