+1 It would also be great if strange devices didn't decay on merchants - they damage so quickly, and as you say, there's no way to regain the lost QL.

Add your items to "the list", there are a lot of items which could be runed.. but will be better to have dye option, runes are still weapon exclusive with their own shortcut to paint whole item or not deal with NS at all, no reason to not fix most of the normal items to be possible to be painted with only dye.

 

* definitely missed some items, and it's best to list all exact names of these exclusive rare drops, if anybody come by and remember something missed, add it, will help to find and fix it, if.. the QoL is adopted.
