Allow quality locks to be applied to liquid containers

I'm not sure if this is even possible given the underlying differences between dry goods and liquids, but figured it couldn't hurt to at least suggest.   Why, if I had a five copper for every time I spoiled a batch of dye by mis-sorting something into the wrong container?  I reckon I'd have close to 9s45c.

Especially for multiple single barrels in a rack, besides the lock on the actual rack.

 

Or maybe modify the existing rack items to behave akin to bulk bin lock ql sorting?
