4684 The Arrows have spells cast (Arrow Bundle)

Super consistently when adding an arrow to a bundle you are told "The arrow has spells cast on it, they will be lost if you continue.", These are fresh arrows straight from a BSB with no casts and have never had casts, happens to both war and hunting of seemingly most or all wood types
