The Shop is tied in to the servers, so account creation is not possible while the servers are down,
If this issue persists after downtime @Finnnplease let us know

The registration page should say that the servers are down for maintenance though. Right now it just looks like something random broke, which looks sloppy.

its loading fine for me now the login servers are back up,

I'd expect same site design and something a bit more meaningful like servers are in maintenance at the moment, link to news/updates if there's central page or server status and possible expectancy for page's availability, normally it's 30min but some patches do last longer.
