Bugfix: Can no longer use office titles to check if a player is online

Is this talking about the pvp titles "Information Minister/Head of the secret police/Bloodwhisperer", given out by the the king/queen?

I hope this is some weird bug I’m not aware of rather than making another kingdom title useless by a clueless dev getting tricked.

Bugfix: Can no longer use office titles menu to check if a player without an office title is online.

If we are able to find abuse of it we would certainly act as we do for all abuse of exploits.
