Waystone bugged after planting wagoner container

After planting a wagoner container at a waystone and then picking the container back up, the waystone seems to think it's still there. It then cannot be replaced, bashed or pried, nor can you set up a wagoner camp on it.

Happened to me twice today! (Now resolved cause of GM 👍)
