Hotkey for turning off all channels at once?

Majority of the time I listen only to Local and Alliance chat, with all the other ones turned off. When it gets way too silent&lonely, I turn all the other ones on for a sense of camaraderie. I then get fed up with all of the distraction at once, and all the blinking chat tabs (I know they were changed from red to blue, but I still find them annoying, personally), and resume listening only to local and alliance. 

 

Is there a hotkey I could assign to turn specific channels on or off at the same time, without having to go into my Character/Profile settings each time and having to do it individually for each? Or a trick I do not yet know?

having a chatoff.txt file in your config or player folder with something like this inside.

say /CA

say /kchat

say /glchat (i forgot what the command was for GL)

and running it with a keybind like : 

bind F "exec chatoff.txt"

but now that they removed those commands and we always have to use profile to turn them on or off i dont think its posible anymore.
