This lil hammer has 4 x runes attached and a 99 BOTD A lead rune of The Scavenger has been attached, so it will reduce volume (10%) and increase usage speed (10%) A glimmersteel rune of Libila has been attached, so it will increase usage speed (10%) A lead rune of Fo has been attached, so it will reduce the quality change when repairing damage (5%) and increase usage speed (5%) A seryll rune of Vynora has been attached, so it will increase chance to resist shattering when being enchanted (5%) and increase the chance of successfully enchanting the item (5%) That's 25% Usage speed!
