[No Bug] Double upkeep consumption when upkeep chips are available

Looks like deed upkeep consumes both chips and silver (doubling the deed cost) when it suppose to prioritize and only consume chips when available.

 

The monthly cost is 2 silver, 1 copper and 60 iron.

in about 50 day period, upkeep consumed 3s+ in upkeep chips and 3s+ in silver (6s+ combined) while it should have only cost ~3s+ in upkeep chips

Adding upkeep chips adds to the total silver pool in your coffers. It isn't 56s + 9s upkeep chips, it's actually 47s + 9s upkeep chips in your case. You can easily test this by adding a single chip and see it adds to the total.

 

Before deposit:

 

[11:57:14] You pay 1 copper in village upkeep chips to the upkeep fund of Magranon's Menagerie.

Also the wording says the same: xx copper and yy iron OF THIS AMOUNT...

so all okay.
