4388 [FIXED] Sigvard the Skeleton - no plant/secure option

Poor Sigvard the Skeleton cannot be planted or secured.  This is THE BEST decoration I have seen in a very very very long time and I would be heartbroken if someone were to dance the night away with him and then take him home.

 

If this is not a bug, please move this post to Suggestions.

We will be giving poor Sigvard the option to be turned and planted soon so he can feel a little more safe standing around.
