Horse+Rider fall through a Bridge into the Building below

I asked about this, GM came and recommended I post on Client Bugs forum. Then I started recording and caught the glitch on video.

Some things of note:

• It feels like the Bridge might be taller than the ground? It is hard to tell, but I often can get stuck on the edge of all Bridges at this location G15 Harmony
• The areas where my horse is appearing "VIBRATING" are purely made of Bridge
• The area where my horse DISAPPEARS are actually parts of Buildings
• The spot where I fell through into the house is a Building
• At the time of glitch, you may be able to see that the controls/feel of riding the horse are very messed up. Husband described it as "Floating", to me it feels like I'm "Sliding" or trying "Dragging on ice" -- the turning radius is extremely wide and can't maneuver the horse properly.

 

Both the difficult maneuver and the vibrating/disappearing/falling through problems got fixed by disembarking/reembarking on horse, but this is not the first time and I'm not the only one encountering similar problems going across these Bridges
