Spyglass, but not in Defiance

o/ I have a spyglass in freedom isles, but when I go to defiance, it is gone. Is my character locked from having it on defiance? How do I go about fixing this?

Indeed, players who primarily spend their time on another cluster, Epic vs Freedom, or Defiance vs NFI, can have their spyglass transfered if it was awarded on the incorrect server.
