[10:24:50] An ingenious system of pockets, pouches, hooks and holes designed to keep a wide array of common tools. This is a very rare and interesting version of the item. The toolbelt needs some holes punched with an awl.
[10:24:50] You can easily make out the signature of its maker, 'Sheffy'.
[10:24:50] A brass rune of Jackal has been attached, so it will have a decent glow
 

It's a rare toolbelt that's been improved to QL 90. That gives it 10 slots, which is the maximum.
