That reference refers to Athas Farm Annex and it is to the south a bit from where it shows on the map. Ive added the deeds as requested, except the "Athas South" im assuming you meant 3096 and not 2096. Please check if they are all in a more correct place on the map now. This will generate a url containing the coordinates of where you clicked and you can simply copy that url from your browser and post it here in your comment.
