No option to Pick from planter when Shovel is active

When a pottery planter has something growing inside, and is Harvestable, right clicking brings up a context menu containing the following:

1. Take
2. Place
3. Rename
4. Pick

However, if you have a shovel active and right click on that same planter, your options are:

1. Take
2. Place
3. Rename
4. Empty

 

It's nice to have the option to empty the planter, but we should still be able to pick the herbs.
