In the immortal words of Socrates, "..I drank what?"

I love the idea of adding in these sorts of things, though I wouldn't hold my breath. The two sorts of objections I can see arising against this would involve "the market," and a certain resistance to emergent gameplay which seems to be somewhat deeply rooted.

On a real tip, what if this gave out damage based on it's ql, which, if high enough, might kill a newer, weaker player, but could be used by those meta skillers to give themselves a wound - as i hear that self-inflicted neck wounds are a thing actually (bunch a weirdos imho, lol).

Overall, I'd have to say these are great ideas, and yeah alchemy needs some love.

There have been a multitude of suggestions for alchemy improvements. It really would be nice to see some of them implemented.

Alchemy definitely needs some love. Healing covers become useless once you get life transfer or become a priest, and there's only so much dye you can make.
