/playtime showing incorrect number of months premium

I first bought the 2 month/5silver package back on 12 May 2021, currently premium runs thru 2023. Had no breaks in premium. Why is /balances showing I've only been premium for 11 months? 

 

I been looking/expecting my spyglass for almost 2 weeks now but nada.

There's some variance to when it arrives. Usually it's around 12 months, but can take a bit longer sometimes. Have seen it take 13-14 months before.
