Posted May 25, 2022 So I tried to log in on a few old accounts. I managed to log in on two of them, and could see the others havent been online since between some 1300 and 4500 days ago. Posted May 31, 2022 Be sure to be online long enough for staff to respond to your support ticket. Some players submit their ticket and then log out after a few minutes - sometimes not returning to the game for days. (I don't know if that applies to your case; just saying 🙂) Keep in mind that in-game tickets can only be solved by contacting you in-game. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Posted May 31, 2022 Yaga I was online for a few hours, I'll log in again and wait. Cecci LOADS of hugs to you aswell.
