4222 Error message on removing building plans

When removing a building plan on a building that you do not have carpentry skill to plan, it gives this error: [16:48:42] You are not skilled enough in Carpentry to modify this structure in that way.

 

But it still removes the plan.

 

Character had 80carpentry, and building plan required more then that for this tile and a few others.
