Allow blessed lamps and braziers to work when planted on floors above ground level.

Recommended Posts

We have an off deed light house with blessed braziers at the top for lighting which need constant refilling and relighting since they are not planted on paving. Please let them stay lit when planted on floors as well.

I do love the idea of refueling and having to maintain your lights, but god damn is it tedious and not rewarding. Would love to have this if we can't find a better way of refueling. Somehow make it less tedious or more rewarding. Like having a oil barrel supply lights within 50 tiles, so you have to travel less and less often.

why not just allow them to stay lit if they are blessed and offdeed in any location.   then you can also have lights in the grass, in trees, on rocks...etc.   would make it much more interesting.

How bout if they're secure on deed or perimeter ( for brazier pillars ) that they relight as if they was planted.

On deed they stay lit without blessing even on higher floors. Blessed lamps stay lit off deed if they are planted on paved/reinforced tiles only. But not up high on floor tiles. This means they only work on ground level. We would like the ability to have the off deed blessed lamps/braziers stay lit when planted on high story floors as well.

Sorry got word jumbled.

What i was trying to say is, if off deed or on perimeter, allow them to act like blessed lamps when secured. I'd rather do that than mess with a huge oil barrel which requirement was removed  a long while back, rather than have them re-add that and screw up some code somewhere, just let us bless brazier pillars, secure them, then they relight with day / night cycle.
