[Shop] Shop will not validate me when i attempt to buy premium time

I am currently logged in in game, so i know that my password and name are valid, but when i go to buy premium time i get this:

Sorry we could not authenticate player: Minotaurus
Server result was ''

if you play in steam, wurm online shop wont work. use steam shop instead

I do not, i have Wurm's own client that i play in.

Just a heads up that even with the shop back online, this is still happening to me, have tried on both firefox and edge browsers

Minotaurus, try a password reset in game. See if that lets you back into the shop. Sometimes that will reset it. If it doesn't, file a support ticket, and the GM team can help you reset your password. Sometimes the system just needs a good kick.

Problem solved, the in game password change worked. May be related to the fact that my old one was over 20 characters?  Anywho, topic is ok to lock. 👌
