Allow snowman heads to replace pumpkins on training dolls

Humble petition to allow them to be applied to existing practice dolls so that they have snowman heads instead - or used in the creation of new practice dolls.

Could be an upgrade to the doll giving a better skill gain for fighting an armored foe since it is armor and pumpkins are squishy.
