Number of available actions in crafting window

I've been making some planks out of logs in the crafting window. I usually have a max of 4 actions. But now the window shows 4/5 actions. When I click to add another action to the queue, the window goes back to 4/4. This was also the case for other crafts (adding planks to a crate). Is this a bug?

This can happen when gaining an additional action by gaining enough ML skill. Relogging will typically resolve it.
