Cooling Time for fail breeding unicorns

I been trying to breed my unicorns and when I failed to breed I waited over 1h to try again and I get the message they are currently not in the mood.

 

One being charmed and Champion, both different gender, tried hand feeding them, does not mention upon inspecting or examination that they are hungry.

 

I have waited anywhere from 45 mins to over 12 hrs and still receiving the message they are not in the mood.

 

The unicorn have not given birth recently either.  I have even uncharmed and re-charmed the unicorn, I have tried casting humid drizzle prior to attempt to breed and still receiving the same message...I don't know why it won't work...this issue is only with unicorns, I had the same issue prior to breed my first Champion unicorn but somehow managed to be able to breed it.

 

The issue is not my AH skill but the cooling time when failing to breed as after 12 hrs it should not tell me they are not in the mood by then.
