Posted August 13, 2021 So this small team did remember about another anniversary. With a disastrous launch, being mocked all over the internet, they managed to turn the reviews from mostly negative to very positive. They fixed bugs, they added so much new content that it's hard to believe they still have ideas for more. They communicated with players and took the comments and criticism to a drawing board and worked on not only making existing players happy, they could just show them the middle finger and leave the game as it was. There is no subscription so no point catering to people who they already "milked" out of their money, right? Well, no. They pushed and keep pushing to make the game in to something never seen before. After becoming the meme of the gaming world for about a year, after being the standard against which all badness in the world was measured. I call that a success and this is a positive post.
