Posted July 12, 2021 (edited) I was working on a combat mechanics suggestion, when I realised that I have no idea how ANY game synchronises the client and server avatar-positioning, therefore no idea how desynch can occur, and therefore any suggestion based on relative positioning would be skipping a very important step. So can anyone explain, with or without using references to WU files, how the Wurm code handles server-client positioning synchronisation?
