UI displays incorrect time for an action

One of my viewers who is too lazy to make a post has told me about how the game displays to them that their mining action takes 2.6seconds. However, the times in event log say otherwise. There is some consistency error here.

all actions are 0.9s faster than they show due to how the server does actions compared to the client and round trip time.

Would there not be a way to subtract 0.9s or something then?
