Hitching Post Bug - Unhitch and the Horses Just Float Up

Recommended Posts

Had two horses in as many days now just float up into the air when unhitching from the hitching posts.

The image below shows the horse on the right is glitched on the post and this is one that just floated up when unhitched from the post.

If it wasa visual he wouln't have posted it in serverbugs right?

[23:30:37] You must be on the same floor level to lead.

If I can see it on several different clients and everyone else can see it and its still there after a server reset, probably not client side right ?

Is this going to be moved back to server bugs?

Hi Middi, is this only occurring with hell horses and not the normal horses too?

Hello Middi and Tedzogh,
Thank you for the informative pictures.

I have managed to recreate the situation and suspect it is a hangover from a fixed dirt spike.

Once unhitched, and the creatures brought down to the correct floor, the issue shouldn't occur again.

For any horses that can't be reached, please submit a request using the in-game ticket system.
A member of staff will be able to assist by summoning the creature.

All the best,
Bawat

Hmm ok, thanks for taking the time to investigate the issue.
